Accepted Payments

Accepted Payments include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Corporate Checks and Wire Transfers.  


Aspire Product Solutions is industry standard PCI-DSS SAQ C-VT compliant to accept credit card payments by phone.  Online payments are not accepted at this time.  We enter credit card data provided by the buyer into a virtual terminal provided by our payment gateway provider and all transactions are secure in accordance with industry standard and accepted protocols.  No credit card data is stored on Aspire Product Solutions systems.  Please read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for complete payment terms and conditions.


Once you finish adding items to your cart proceed to checkout.  Complete all required information and select your shipping preference.  Be sure to click COMPLETE YOUR ORDER at the conclusion of checkout.  This will generate an itemized order in our system that can be processed.  The order will not begin processing until payment is completed by phone.  Shipping and Handling charges will be confirmed during payment.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping charges during checkout are estimated only and exact shipping and handling charges will be calculated upon calling to place your order.  
  • All orders will be charged the same day they are placed, and will move to processing within 48 business hours of the order being placed. 
  • Items shipped will get a tracking number.  
  • Due to high volume, address changes, order cancellations, and order changes will not be accepted and or granted after an order is placed. 
  • We process the label first, then your order moves to picking and packing. 
  • We will NOT be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address as a result of the customer's mistake or misspelling of the shipping address. 
  • It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make certain that he or she enters the address correctly. Please double-check the address you enter and make sure it is valid for UPS / USPS shipments.
  • Our packages cannot be forwarded to a different address in the case of an incorrect address. The shipping address entered must be the final location of the shipment.
  • Any delays in shipping are the sole responsibility of the shipping courier. 
  • At this time, Aspire Product Solutions, LLC does not ship internationally.
  • We have the right to cancel orders at any time due to any reason.
  • We may use information provided to contact the customer / buyer if there is a problem with an order.

Delivery Policy

RETAIL CLIENTELE (Non Bulk)

  • We are proud to offer delivery to our local residential clientele.  To be eligible for local delivery your residential address must have a shipping address within 5 miles of Avondale, PA 19311.  Click here to see delivery radius on a map.  Orders after 2pm ET will be considered received the next business day and delivered within two business days thereafter.  Shipping rates may be ignored at check out.  A tiered flat delivery rate will be added to the order during credit card processing by phone.
  • Up to $100 order total  = $5.00
  • Greater than $100 = FREE
  • Orders are limited by Truck Capacity

BUSINESS CLIENTELE

  • Business clientele with bulk orders will be quoted delivery charges based on the size of the order.  Please contact us for delivery charge quotes.


In-Person Pickup Policy

  • To assist our residential clients on saving postage and delivery charges, Items can be picked up on Wednesdays between 4pm and 6pm ONLY.  Orders must be paid and processed by Monday at 2pm to be eligible for pickup on Wednesday.  Please review our payment terms above.  Sorry we cannot accept cash or personal checks.  This is not a store but a warehouse.  Clients must remain outside the warehouse at all times.  Please call on arrival and we can bring your order out to you.
  • Address:  201B industrial Drive, Avondale, Pa 19311
  • We are located at the first building on the right when you turn on to Industrial Drive.  Aspire Product Solutions, LLC is the middle bay.  There are no designated parking spots.  We do not own or control the area in front or adjacent to our warehouse.  Parking is at your own risk and Aspire Product Solutions, LLC will not be responsible for any damage outside of our warehouse. Please park in a safe manner.


Return Policy

PPE MERCHANDISE

  • Please note that due to necessary health and safety precautions, all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) products are final sale. These items are non refundable and non returnable. Shipping & handling is non refundable. Any shipping delays are fully responsible by shipping courier.  PPE items include but are not limited to Face Masks, Disposable Isolation Gowns, Face Shields, Goggles, Medical exam and industrial gloves, N95/KN95 Respirators, Disinfectant Wipes etc.


NON PPE MERCHANDISE

  • No return of merchandise will be accepted without first securing a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number provided by Aspire Product Solutions, LLC. Fill out an RMA Request Form below.  Buyer must submit evidence of purchase date, Company invoice number, description of goods including serial and model numbers (if applicable), reason for return, exchange, or refund, and RMA number. At its sole discretion, Company may accept or deny Buyer's claim for return, exchange, or damages.
  • Non PPE merchandise have a 30 day return policy after an RMA submission is approved.  Items eligible for return must be in an unopened and unused condition.  Shipping & handling is non refundable.  A 15% restocking fee will be deducted for any product returned for reasons other than damage or malfunction.  Any product damaged during shipping must be properly reported on delivery and photos submitted when requested.  

FACE MASKS

Any communications pertaining to, and/or introductions of Face Masks; 

  • The product has not been FDA cleared or approved.  
  • The product has been authorized by FDA under an EUA for use by HCP (Healthcare Professionals) as PPE to help prevent the spread of infection or illness in healthcare settings and by the general public to help slow the spread of the virus during the COVID19 pandemic.
  • This product is authorized only for the duration of the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of the emergency use of medical devices, including alternative products used as medical devices, during the COVID-19 outbreak, under section 564(b)(1) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(b)(1) unless the authorization is terminated or revoked sooner.  
  • The product itself and the information provided to the best of our knowledge is a legitimate representation of what is being offered. 
  • Prospective purchasers are advised to carry out their own due diligence before purchasing.

Warranty

BUYER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND COMPANY LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM PURCHASE OR USE OF THE PRODUCT SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT AT COMPANY'S SOLE DISCRETION. IN NO EVENT SHALL ASPIRE PRODUCT SOLUTIONS, LLC, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, INTERNS, SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, ANTICIPATORY PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY SERVICE, ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICE, ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE PARTICULAR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT PAID BY THE PURCHASER.  BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES OR JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
